About Sichuan Fusion

Located at 3288 Pierce St Ste B-109, Richmond, CA 94804, Sichuan Fusion operates as a chinese restaurant serving Richmond in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also lists it under sichuan restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Richmond; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (510) 526-8897. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, sichuanfusiontogo.com.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 242 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded chinese restaurants in Richmond.

Alright, It's been a year. This is one of the best sichuan places in the bay. I have never had a bad meal here and unlike Spices 3, I am treated very nicely, no weird racial aggression. It has a comfortable dining room that's unpretentious and soothing. My favorite dishes are the chongqing chicken bone in, shrimp fried rice, stone pot cabbage, among many others. There are no bad dishes. I will admit dining in the quality is a bit higher, but it is still good. I am praying it stays in business and doesn't change.

I ordered dry pot fish, chicken chow mein, and beef fried rice. The fish was flavored well, however the fish was too deeply fried. I had mostly fried skin and barely any actual fish meat. Noodle was extremely greasy and barely any meat. Overall, ive had better chinese food. Our beef fried rice never came out too. So I had to cancel it. Same with the noodle. It took nearly an additional 15 minutes after I paid my bill.

Located inside the complex, past the 99 Ranch market in the back. We love this restaurant and often order delivery or eat in. I realized I didn't review it for years so now is a good time. They have great value for the size and quality of dishes. We usually order Kung Pao chicken, schezuan fish soup (spicy), boiled beef (spicy), and garlic eggplant. These are our favorites however the Dan Dan noodles were good and huge - a much better price than the new soup restaurant next door. The fried rice and xiao long bao are decent. The pork dishes and fried chicken are also good. Free tea if you eat inside. We haven't had a dish we didn't like and overall enjoy every dish. Service is quick and fine. Most dishes are around $15-20 and do not include rice. The portions are very large. I recommend going with a group to try many things. It is spicy too- the icons on the menu are accurate! Some numbing for certain dishes.

Sichuan Fusion is a neighbourhood staple! I’ve been coming here regularly for dine-in and takeout since 2017 and will continue to eat here so long as I live in the Bay Area. It’s one of my favourite restaurants in the East Bay. Every dish I’ve had here has been amazing. My must-trys are the baby lotus root with beef, Sichuan fish filet with pickled mustard soup, Chongqing chili chicken (need to get it with bone!), garlic eggplant, and Uyghur style sautéed lamb. But seriously, everything is fantastic.

I didn't expect to like this as much since I'm a little sensitive when it comes to spicy food, but I liked it! Good: - Really solid garlic glass noodles with shrimp - not spicy, but great flavoring and tasty noodles with just enough sauce! - The soy milk they give out here is really good if you need something to cool the spiciness away - The spicy noodles are tasty - chewy noodles - The sour and spicy fish soup was really good as well - so soft and tender - The boiled spinach was good in comparison to all of the spicy dishes - Lotus root and beef was tasty but spicy - the beef was so tender Bad: - Takes some time for the food to come out - The place is super casual ambiance wise, you have to be used to Chinese restaurants and speaking Chinese to have the best experience Overall would come again, good authentic Chinese food.
